WATZZI offers a 7-day free trial on all paid plans. During the trial:
After the trial period, your account will automatically transition to a paid subscription unless you cancel.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize WATZZI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support@watzzi.com.

You agree NOT to use WATZZI to:

WATZZI connects to WhatsApp via the official Meta Business API. By using our Service, you also agree to comply with:
WATZZI is not responsible for account suspensions by Meta resulting from policy violations by the user.
You retain full ownership of your data, including customer contacts and conversation history. WATZZI processes your data solely to deliver the Service.

All intellectual property rights in the WATZZI platform — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by WATZZI FZE. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding without express written permission.
You grant WATZZI a limited license to display your business name and logo for co-marketing purposes (e.g., case studies) only with your prior written approval.
WATZZI targets 99.5% monthly uptime for the core platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WATZZI's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
WATZZI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if:
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
