WATZZI ("we", "our", "us") is a WhatsApp Business API automation platform operated by WATZZI FZE, registered in the UAE. Our platform helps businesses manage WhatsApp conversations, automate responses, and build customer relationships through the official WhatsApp Business API.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the platform:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and payment details when you register.
• WhatsApp Data: Messages, contacts, and conversation history processed through our platform on your behalf.
• Usage Data: Logs, feature usage, session data, and interaction patterns used to improve the service.
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.
• Payment Data: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the WATZZI platform
• Process transactions and send billing notifications
• Send product updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Analyze usage trends to improve features and performance
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
• Respond to customer support requests

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. WhatsApp Data Processing

WATZZI acts as a data processor for all WhatsApp conversations handled through our platform. As the business using our service, you are the data controller responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from your customers before messaging them via WhatsApp.

We process WhatsApp data solely to deliver the features you have subscribed to. We do not read, analyze, or use your customers' conversation data for any other purpose.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in the EU and UAE. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Strict employee access controls and audit logging
• Two-factor authentication on all internal systems

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription:

• Your account data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation.
• After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers.
• Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance.

7. Sharing Your Information

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Stripe — Payment processing
